About Us
It is our passion to secure and enhance properties of any size for the benefit of wildlife and for the enjoyment of the property owner.
Who We Are
We are a company of professionals that love the great outdoors. It all started when I was given 93 acres to do whatever I wanted to do with it. I wanted what every other hunter wants, BIG bucks. So much easier said than done. So, I had to go back to school and learn what do BIG bucks like, again, easier said than done. During this time, I picked up a small farm that was less than 20 acers and traded work for hunting. That little farm taught me so much about BIG deer and the whole process of habitat manipulation and improvements. I now had 2 properties that I designed and developed that started me down this road. We have now incorporated cell cameras for securing and monitoring properties. What started as a hobby is now a passion that we live every day. We currently have over 3500 acres in Tennessee and Alabama. Our motto is to make 20 acres look like 100 and 100 acres look like 20.
What We Do
We have several property's that we manage for deer and turkey hunting. One property is a high fence property with Fallow and Sitka deer and a couple of world class whitetails. We hunt and we have clients that hunt, but we also have properties that don't allow hunting. However, for us it's not about the hunting but more about creating wildlife enhancements that improve overall habitat that is beneficial to wildlife.
One property was literally overrun with trespassers, and we developed a plan with the owner. After an extensive search we found a cellular system that met our criteria. We installed and now monitor all 20 cameras in near real time.
One client had a "big buck" on her property that she wanted to harvest and was unsuccessful for two years. We scouted her property and put up 3 tree stands and gave her specific instructions on how and when to hunt those stands. She didn't harvest the deer but had 2 close encounters and was ecstatic about seeing him, "on the hoof".
